Located at the corner of William Cannon and Brush Country, Pinnacle was contracted for site development including new street access, site clearing, excavation, site prep, paving, landscape, and every developer’s favorite, a large detention pond. The site is approximately 15 acres and prepped for future buildings such as restaurants, retail, and a future office building. Pinnacle is currently mobilizing to commence construction the Panera Bread shell.
