Located in the “hip zip,” Enoteca is the Sophisticated European café located at 1610 South Congress.

Enoteca is part of the expansion of an Austin favorite, Vespaio, which took over the adjacent space allowing the addition of the cafe along with a needed kitchen renovation and expansion. The project was completed in three phases as we worked around the operating kitchen enabling us to only shut down the restaurant for ten days. We constructed the rear expansion from the exterior, completed Enoteca’s finish out and completed the kitchen renovation.

The finished product is a combination of refreshed Vespaio maintaining its familiar brassy energy and Enoteca, a quieter, casual café inviting those with a laid back desire for great food in a warm, sophisticated space.

The kitchen is a testimony of its own. Prior to this renovation, this 5-star restaurant operated on a third of a kitchen! Today it is three times the size complete with a bakery, up-to-date cook line and state-of-the-art finishes.
