Located at the corner of 5th and Colorado, the space was originally three separate lease spaces known as an “eye sore” to the Warehouse district. Over the years the façade became a billboard for the uninvited local artist! The façade renovation was completed simultaneously with the restaurant finish out, transforming it from a run down façade to one of Austin’s sexiest corners. Kenichi has a contemporary design with tall granite panels, steel accents and finish with a waterfall entry.
