Located in the heart of Clarksville, this is the second location for the Austin based café. The previous tenant, a local laundry matt, Kwik Wash, served, the community for many years. What started out as a simple remodel turned out to be a difficult and challenging project. The limited space, less than 2500 s/f, made it difficult to have multi trades in one area at any time, minimal roof deck heights created many challenges for mechanical rough-ins, and because the project is located next to a school, the upgrade of the parking had to be constructed in many phases.

The efforts during construction have proven to be worth it as not only is the neighborhood piling in for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pinnacle has another project to be proud of. The space is clean, fun and funky. Whether you look at the brown concrete floor, white wood ceilings, big red concrete walls, or the hanging silver beads, you feel the modern funk of tiny neighborhood eatery.
